The Approach

Dunja Indira Psychology is a psychology practice that takes an integrative approach to mental health. It offers thoughtful, evidence-based therapy for a wide range of presentations, held within a warm and grounded therapeutic space.  

Rather than focusing on symptoms alone, this approach considers the whole person, including their life history, relationships, values, and the patterns that shape how they experience themselves and the world. Therapy can offer a space to slow down, reflect, and explore new ways of relating to oneself and others.

At times, deeper questions around meaning or purpose may arise in this process. Spiritual perspectives and experiences may become part of the therapeutic work. Such themes are approached thoughtfully and with discernment. Therapy is always tailored to the individual and grounded in professional standards.
