Cancellation Policy

I value your time and my own, and I kindly ask that you give as much notice as possible if you need to cancel or reschedule a session.

1. Notice Period

• More than 48 hours before your appointment: No cancellation fee.

• Between 24–48 hours before your appointment: 50% of the session fee will be charged.

• Less than 24 hours before your appointment (or non-attendance): The full session fee will be charged.

2. How to Cancel

Please notify me by email if you need to cancel or reschedule. I recommend doing this in writing so it’s clear when notice was given and whether a fee applies.

3. Why This Policy Exists

Late cancellations and missed appointments mean I am unable to offer that time to someone else who may need support. This policy helps ensure fairness for all clients.
