Services
I am a registered general psychologist, based in Australia, who offers evidence-based therapy to support personal growth, healing, and self-discovery. What sets my approach apart is the way I integrate spiritual wisdom alongside modern psychological methods.
To become who we truly are, as Carl G. Jung so beautifully described, we are required to go beyond the surface of the human experience. It is about recognising that we are more than our ego, more than our past experiences and more than our limiting beliefs. At a soul level, our potential is limitless — yet true growth begins by exploring the depths of our psyche.
In my sessions, I guide you in healing the wounds of the ego while also helping you connect with the deeper wishes and desires of your soul. While I differentiate between the ego and the soul, they are not in opposition. They are partners in our human evolution. The ego learns through experience and limitation; the soul holds the wider truth of who we are. When these two parts start working together, it paves the way for a sense of wholeness to arise.
While spiritually inspired, my practice remains grounded in modern psychology, using evidence-based tools to address psychological symptoms and support meaningful transformation. I offer two services: psychology sessions and coaching sessions. All sessions are held online through video calling. Please note that I only work with adults.

I offer the two services below:
Psychology Services (Australia Only)
I offer evidence-based therapy as an AHPRA registered psychologist to clients who live in Australia. This may or may not include diagnostic assessment. I only offer therapy to those who are within my scope of expertise. If at any point I believe otherwise, I will refer you back to your GP or help you find another suitable professional.
Coaching (Worldwide)
I also offer coaching sessions to clients worldwide. These sessions focus on growth and self-discovery, blending practical tools and spiritual perspectives. While grounded in psychology, coaching is not designed for those seeking clinical support. Instead, it offers guidance to enhance certain areas of life (personal, professional, or relational).
Important note: Coaching is not psychological therapy and does not replace mental health treatment.

As a psychologist I primarily work with Acceptance and Commitment Therapy (ACT), a gentle and practical approach that supports people to live more fully in line with their values, while also learning to master the art of acceptance. I am also trained in Affect Phobia Therapy (APT), which helps people face and work through avoided emotions, transforming patterns of fear, guilt, shame and other defences, into healthier emotional expression and connection. In addition, I integrate elements of Somatic Therapy to include the wisdom of the body, as well as techniques from Cognitive Behavioural Therapy (CBT), where helpful.
In my coaching sessions I might draw from the same frameworks, but I will likely include more practical tools such as the use of affirmations, visualisation techniques and meditation (of which the effectiveness is also supported by research).
My approach is always holistic and neuro-affirming, recognising that each person’s brain and nervous system works in a unique way. I adapt my methods to respect and support neurodiverse experiences rather than pathologising them.

I completed both my bachelor’s and master’s degrees at the University of Amsterdam, with additional study in psychobiology and neuroscience. After moving to Australia, I undertook a transitional program for overseas-trained psychologists and am now a registered psychologist with AHPRA.
Qualifications:

Wonderful question. However, I tend to avoid answering it. Not because I don’t have my own ideas or concepts that I resonate with, but because I want this space to remain as open and welcoming as possible. Spirituality looks different for each person, often shaped by background, culture, and life experiences. I once heard a quote that we all drink from the same river of (divine) truth, yet each of us sees a different reflection in the water. Every reflection — and every version of truth — is valid. My role is to help you explore and connect with yours.

I work with a wide range of presentations including anxiety, stress, burn-out, depression, life transitions, neurodiversity (Autism and ADHD), low self-esteem, relationship and attachment challenges, childhood trauma and identity exploration. Some clients also come to me for personal growth, self-discovery, or guidance in navigating life with greater purpose and balance. This might involve navigating a career change. Whether your focus is healing psychological wounds or pursuing personal/spiritual growth, our work together can be tailored to meet your needs.

I work with adults of all backgrounds. People of all genders, sexualities, cultures and neurodiverse identities are welcome. Regardless of where you come from or how you identify, I am committed to honouring who you are and your unique experience in this world.
I specifically want to express I acknowledge and respect Aboriginal and Torres Strait Islander peoples as the Traditional Custodians of the land, and warmly welcome First Nations clients.
Whether or not you resonate with spirituality, you are welcome here. Some clients come to me with an interest in exploring spirituality, while others prefer a purely psychological approach — I adapt my way of working to best suit your needs.
